Lighthouses
It is worth visiting any of the three islands lighthouses, one in Gaios (Panayia islet), one in Lakka and one in Antipaxos, to take in the panoramic view overlooking the open sea and loose your thoughts at the open horizon. The easiest to arrive to is the one in Lakka.

Churches
There are 64 churches on the island, of which 2 are early-christian dating from the 6th century (Agia Marina – Agios Stephanos at Porto Ozias). They all have architectural and artistic details. Marble temples , doors, windows, bell towers , icons with artistic and archaeological value and remarkable frescoes .
